Myth 2. I’ll worry about financing later.
Many home Buyers miss their dream home (at their dream price) out of the chute, because they were not pre–approved. Someone who had pre–approval got in ahead of them and they missed the deal of the century.
The reality is Good Deals are snatched up quickly.

Myth 3. I don’t need to inspect my home.
Many have purchased homes with hidden defects, which cost $1,000’s to repair. Every home defect will become yours once the sale is final, but by then it is too late to negotiate.
Solution: Know what you’re buying before You buy.
Myth 4. I’m Selling – I don’t need to inspect.
It is to your advantage to schedule a pre-listing inspection before you list your home for sale. This will keep you in the driver’s seat on items you might want to fix. And it helps your agent with an accurate listing price.
